So call me (out), baby
THE OPTIONS
THE HOW-TO
- Make a top-level comment choosing one of the muses above.
- Make up any scenario, even game settings if you say which!
- Can be in any sort of format. Formal/Informal/comment spam/w/e
- Some of these are probably either lacking icons or have all the good ones locked from back in their premium days. Either those or they're placemakers for when I'm not so lazy and color better icons. Not a how-to, but a heads up.
just GOU for it
Then he'd turned 18 and been assigned into a marriage with Rin's sister. That...that soured the pot a little. Even under water torture (get it), he wouldn't admit that this was a pretty sweet deal. Gou was cute, friendly, motivated and cute. With that as his wife, it was no wonder that he'd try a little harder to impress.
Like, for instance, cooking up a lunch for two in the kitchen while she was off at swimming practice. When she returned, he'd be mid-stir fry, form covered with an apron. He half-turned when he heard the door open, calling out the polite response towards it. ]
Welcome back.
A+ right there. Really shows your PERSONAlity.
[Came the traditional response only a moment after Makoto's greeting. It was good to have a pleasant routine, even if was something that simple.
Then again, Gou had adjusted and did well with the arrangement- far better than her brother did. Rin's response when the landlord paired her and Makoto together was expected, luckily not as harsh as it could've been. He was swallowing it a lot better when reminded that Makoto was nice and actually around her age, as opposed to being old enough to being both their father and/or dangerously cruel. They'll know when Rin's really come around when he starts trying to get Makoto to train in some way.
Though she really wouldn't mind how that could turn out. At this point, muscles were just something extra to top it off.
There was something just as good hitting her nose as the redhead took her shoes off by the door. It wasn't long before she slipped her camera in hand and sprung for the kitchen to peek at what was in the lunch for today. (Really, sometimes she felt like she was being spoiled. Which is a nice treat she wasn't about to deny.) It's definitely the kind of thing that should be added to the book of memories.]
Lunch already smells good. Need an extra hand for anything?
OHHHHHH SNAP
When he had Rin watching over his shoulder, treating her well was a given. The spoiling was entirely of his own accord. ]
Just the drinks.
[ It made for a pretty good pair. He even had a few muscles of his own, born from battling rather than swimming, so it wasn't entirely terrible that they shared a bed every night. ]
How was practice?
Lookit us- Cracklin and poppin.
As Makoto returned to the stir-fry, the shutter sound from the camera was heard. Another thing that, while wasn't constant, was more than common enough to be expected here and there. Photography was probably one of the few hobbies she had since she was home that had lasted all this time in Holly Heights as well, and didn't base itself around her brother or the swim team.]
Drinks it is.
[Snap taken, Gou put the camera down to get just that together.]
Mm, I suppose the progress is about the same as last time. It's about what I expected. The new arrivals that got recruited aren't used to nii-chan's routines or expectations.
Do you want the usual?
[Because there probably would be a usual. It sort of went into more of that routine stuff that worked out.]
It's adorbsable.
Rin-san's a hard taskmaster.
[ Though, being on the team would mean seeing Gou even more often in her jersey. That was one of his critical weaknesses, for some odd reason, and no doubt his 'wife' knew it all too well by this point. Another nod was given. Makoto leaned sideways, snagging a spice from the rack and adding a dash. ]
Yeah. I got a new case of Cielo Mist. [ A pause. The stir-fry seemed to be doing well, so he turned and gave her actual attention. ] Ah, and I bought you a cake, too.
