Almost my birthday! (Other stuff, too)

Ah, yes... It's my birthday this Thursday, where I'll get to feel significantly older than last year. You know, despite only being a day older than yesterday, but having a different age claim to it all. The same, but always claimed to be different, that type of thing. Know how old I'll be?

Twenty. It feels weird, because I don't know if I feel twenty right now. Probably going to have to try to apply to more jobs again, anyway. How's that for feeling older? My mom, who never really supported my in the way a parent should, much less guided me, is going on about getting a job with health care so that I could support her. What a hoot!

<.< I'm gonna check out this game store that opened up nearby. They may have something open... Hopefully. I don't know if Waldenbooks understood the part that when I check the 'secondary phone number' that's preferred to be called, they shouldn't be calling the primary number. Screw them, then. I would've been a damn good employee. Just for that, I should try for Barnes & Noble, as I already have a membership card. Yeah... Right? Right.

Other things~ Last week, my violin came in. Tried it out a few times. I think I've decently been teaching myself how to play some songs, though my hands are complaining. They're using to holding a bass bow and such, not a violin. Good news? My mom's been hinting to possibly actually getting me a bass. ^^ Though I know she's going to harp on me afterwards about how I got it, don't play it, and completely ignore the fact that I feel weird practicing in a small house where she can hear and make comments and questions I feel uncomfortable having to stop and answer. If only I won the lottery... I'd invest most, save it, and use the rest for an apartment or something, ya know? That, and handle my weird needs for music, cosplay, and fashionable clothing.

Already have Anime Boston pre reg ready. Hopefully, considering how things could go, I'll be with Alix the Awesome again. Seriously? I feel like we're sisters when I was around her. No need to cling to eachother, but having a great time together as well. I'm also sure that if together long enough, we'd get on eachothers nerves just like sisters, too. Yup...

Well... Back to the foolish  violin practice. Mom's out, so I'm free to try what I want.

Oh yeah, I also realized something. My hair is completely having this Rukia affect going on. Yeah, my hair's like a Bleach characters... Weird. o.O This was before I even seen anything about the show. I can even get that one stray bang in front. Difference? Come the end of the week, my hair won't be black, but dark golden brown.

I splurged and got fun dip 38 pack box on eBay. xD I'm so bad... It'll join my bubbegum cigarettes, probably.
